Michael once again we celebrate your birthday
As we look back upon that blessed day
A little boy with dark eyes and hair
Whose only thought was to run and play

You touched the life of all that knew you
For seven years you lived here on earth
As the days have passed so quickly
It is now fifteen years since your birth

I know all the angels have now gathered
And there is a great big party going on
As everyone is singing Happy Birthday
While you sit upon a golden throne

Oh how I wish we could share in the fun
As each angel gives you a surprise
I recall the look of joy and wonderment
And the laughter in your beautiful eyes

So many things have happened in our life
Since you departed on that summer day
Your sisters love and miss you
And dont understand why you couldnt stay

I want to tell you of so many things
But these things I'm sure you know
How everyone here on earth misses you
And wishes you didnt have to go

As the year is now two thousand and five
And your birthday is drawing near
We send our thoughts and love to you
Your memories Michael are so dear

Happy Birthday our dear sweet Michael
With love from your family and friends
We will see you one day very soon
And we will never part again
